Paul's Eyes:
Galatians 4:13-15
13 Ye know how through ainfirmity of the bflesh I preached the gospel unto you at the first.

14 And my atemptation which was in my flesh ye despised not, nor rejected; but received me as an angel of God, even as Christ Jesus.

15 Where is then the blessedness ye spake of? for I bear you record, that, if it had been possible, ye would have plucked out your own eyes, and have given them to me.

What are some other possible interpretations?  Check out BibleHub where they gather the majority of translations and compare them: https://biblehub.com/galatians/4-13.htm

I mention that there are even scholarly journal articles in the medical community about Paul's eyes.  Here's one example: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/7801224

Let's go (Scriptural) Spelunking through the footnotes of Galatians 5:1!

1 aStand fast therefore in the bliberty wherewith Christ hath made us cfree, and be not dentangled again with the yoke of ebondage.

cFree takes us to:
2 Ne. 2:26 (26–27)
Mosiah 5:8
Alma 61:9 (9, 21)

***We start with 2 Ne. 2:26 (26–27):

26 And the aMessiah cometh in the fulness of time, that he may bredeem the children of men from the fall. And because that they are credeemed from the fall they have become dfree forever, knowing good from evil; to act for themselves and not to be acted upon, save it be by the punishment of the elaw at the great and last day, according to the commandments which God hath given.

27 Wherefore, men are afree according to the bflesh; and call things are dgiven them which are expedient unto man. And they are free to echoose fliberty and eternal glife, through the great Mediator of all men, or to choose captivity and death, according to the captivity and power of the devil; for he seeketh that all men might be hmiserable like unto himself.

dFree takes us to:

Alma 41:7

Helaman 14:30

Alma 41:7 aThese are they that are redeemed of the Lord; yea, these are they that are taken out, that are delivered from that endless night of darkness; and thus they stand or fall; for behold, they are their own bjudges, whether to do good or do evil.

Helaman 14:30 And now remember, remember, my brethren, that whosoever perisheth, perisheth unto ahimself; and whosoever doeth iniquity, doeth it unto himself; for behold, ye are bfree; ye are permitted to act for yourselves; for behold, God hath given unto you a cknowledge and he hath made you free.

***Okay, that's one tunnel. Let's go back up to our three main scriptures that split off of Galatians 5:1. Here's another one.

Mosiah 5:8
And under this head ye are made afree, and there is bno other head whereby ye can be made free. There is no other cname given whereby salvation cometh; therefore, I would that ye should dtake upon you the name of Christ, all you that have entered into the covenant with God that ye should be obedient unto the end of your lives.

aFree takes us to:
Romans 6:14

Doctrine and Covenants 88:86

Romans 6:14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.

Doctrine and Covenants 88:86 Abide ye in the liberty wherewith ye are made free; entangle not yourselves in sin, but let your hands be clean, until the Lord comes.

***Time for our last tunnel, Alma 61:9 (9, 21) (Moroni and Pahoran's letters)

Alma 61:9 (9, 21)
9 And now, in your epistle you have acensured me, but it mattereth not; I am not angry, but do rejoice in the greatness of your heart. I, Pahoran, do not bseek for power, save only to retain my judgment-seat that I may preserve the rights and the liberty of my people. My soul standeth fast in that liberty in the which God hath made us cfree.

21 See that ye astrengthen Lehi and Teancum in the Lord; tell them to fear not, for God will deliver them, yea, and also all those who bstand fast in that liberty wherewith God hath made them free. And now I close mine epistle to my beloved brother, Moroni.

bStand fast takes us to:
Alma 58:40 40 But behold, they have received many wounds; nevertheless they stand fast in that liberty wherewith God has made them free; and they are strict to remember the Lord their God from day to day; yea, they do observe to keep his statutes, and his judgments, and his commandments continually; and their faith is strong in the prophecies concerning that which is to come.

And that is our Spiritual Spelunking in the footnotes of Galatians 5:1!!!
